Sir, I placed an order on line to ‘DEJA-VU Trends’ for a Buffalo Media Station 8X Portable CD/DVD Writer On 28th Feb 2014. Order No #100013832. dt.28th Feb 2014. As per their site order was to deliver within 10 days. The full payment of the product was made through EBS Payment Gateway. Till today(24 April 2014) I have not received my product. I have written many reminders on their customer support web site. Every time I receive their mail after two three days asking for some time(don’t know how much time). I have requested them if they can not supply then cancel my order and refund my money, but it seems the company has cheated me. Gyan Varshney
