Bought a Canon printer thru dejavu trends online portal and made the payment on 6th Mar 2014 thru order no 100015534. Amount paid is Rs. 1569.55. Till date neither the product is delivered nor the refund given. Registered complaint in their site more than 15 times and no proper revert. Now they are not answering the calls as well from my side. Need your support Pl.

Damage to me is Rs. 1569.55 towards the payment already paid for the product. apart from this tel cost speaking to them several time’s is Rs. 2800.00 Mental tension created High BP for me where my health has spoiled and insult and shame in front of my family as this was women’s day gift for my wife. loss of the above is to be estimated as Rs 20000.00 Dr fee paid due to high BP and tireness: rs. 600.00 Medical Check up done cost: Rs. 765.00
