I have oneHonda Activa scooter with registration no DL 3S CD 3758, unfortunately my brother met with an accident on 12th April in Agra, Uttar pradesh so he went to the honda scooter workshop at Kamla nagar, agra named peoples auto mobiles and given active to repair and fix the problem, Today is 29th April and my scooter is in same condition I left, as I am residing in delhi, I am confirming every time on call before visiting the workshop and they are lying again and again as scooter is ready. Today I went there 3rd time and still the scooter is there in same condition now they are saying come tomorrow and I know this will remain same, If no body will do something. They are now has transferred there phone to voice mail box and not responding my calls, Please do the needful.

I would request you to take some necessary action against the workshop owner to make him understand the customer values and to stop the fake commitments. As its seems that they are not even interested to listen anything as they have transferred the phone nos to Voice mail box. Please look into this and give the satisfactory resolution to stop all this.
