I have applied for termination of my reliance “Netconnect” USB connection on 28th/Feb/2014. The customer care representative registered the request with complaint ID: 217315954. It has been processed and i have received my bill (Dated: 25th/March) showing the balance is Rs -257 (Minus Two Hundred Fifty seven only). Since i deposited Rs. 1210 on 28th/Feb/2014 in accordance to the bill till 25/Feb and thereafter till 6/March, my total charges were Rs. 701.86 + Rs. 250.81 respectively. I have last contacted customer care executive named “Akshaya Jadhav” on 29/03/2014 regarding refund of excess amount for which i was assured the money will be returned to me and further billing will not take place. I have just received an e-mail stating that Rs. 90.62 has been charged from the period of 23/03/2014 to 24/04/2014 without my usage and after the service suspension, thus remaining money to be returned is now Rs. 167 instead of Rs. 257. First of all, why the termination has not been completed till now? It doesn’t ceases to amaze me that ‘Reliance Communication’ has not been able to terminate the connection even after my application has been submitted on 28/Feb/2014, thus giving them 2 months of processing time, which i am sure defines a very weak intra-departmental functioning and an inability to contemplate an easy task.
