I purchased “Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (Full Pack) Windows 7 Home Premium 32/64 bit” online from DEJA VU TRENDS ON 15.02.2014. I’ve already made the payment of INR 7176 on the same date through online payment.They claimed that i will receive the product within one month from the date of purchased which i did not.So i claimed for a refund which they accepted but after that i’ve received no refund from them and neither any communication from them regarding my refund.I could contact them by their toll free number only once but that became unresponsive later on. Subsequently my mode of contact with them was through e-mail. But now they are not responding to that also. Please help me get back my money from these cheaters while ensuring that they don’t do this to others by punishing them severely.

I want the refund of my INR 7176 and a monetary compensation for cheating me.
