I had ordered a “Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 3 PC 1 Year” through Deja-Vu Trends (Order No: 100014863) on 04-03-2014. Since the product was not processed even after contacting frequently to customer care and false assurance, after about a month (28-03-2014), I had cancelled my order and asked for refund. On 10-04-2014, it was informed me that my money will be refunded within 15 working days. But now even after about 42 days after that assurance, my refund is yet to get. I had registered many complaints regarding it and also tried to contact via telephone to the customer care number. Like the company , the customer care and the customer care number are also seems to be inactive. I had tried in the customer care number for about 50 times. But no response from the company.
I have some virus problem occurred during this period and had formatted my laptop once. For that I had paid RS 600/- as labor charge.
