We have taken a Honeymoon Package of Mauritius including breakfast and dinner and 3 Days Sight Seeing with Guide.On arrival to Hotel no water was provided even after dinner we have been asked to Pay Inr 200 Per Bottle else no water willbe provided for drinking. Finally we had to Buy Drinking Water from Outside and Quench our Thirst. On 3rd Day no Guide was there and we where not shown city of crupie which was mentioned in itineriry. On Several Request to Cox and Kings – Kolkata, Mumbai and Locally mourtoco no steps where taken and we had to end the whole tour in vain. on 4th day we where promised Speed Boat Transfers to Ill ex surf but again they arranged normal shuttle boat for transfers. On regular request Problems is still due.

I and my wife was mentally and Physically dis balanced on 1st day for not receiving drinking water even after several request. Had to finally drink Tap Water and then finally Buy water from Outside. No Guide was there on 2nd Day of Tour and whole tour was waste as we have not even seen major places mentioned in the Itinerary. On 3rd Day even they had promised a Speed Boat Transfers to Ill Ex Surf but had given Normal Boat and again taken extra monetary benefit from us.

I want my Money Refund ( Already Paid ) Rs. 134000 and a compensation of Rs. 100000 for the Mental Harassment and Deficiency in their service.
