I have been facing the problem since one month that whenever I recharge my Aircel number to top up my main balance, my main balance gets deduced to zero. I recharge my number with a valid net pack of Rs. 198, yet whenever I surf the net, my main balance gets reduced to zero and m unable to surf the net. In regards to this problem I contact the customer care service of the Aircel network but they fail to provide me valid solutions and end up arguing and misbehaving with me. I want justice for continuous harassment and misbehavior that I have been receiving from their end. It’s been about a month and my problem is not solved by them.

I want them to improve their service and give me valid reasons of their behavior and refund my money.
