i have ordered altogether 3 pen drives worth 1181, Order no #100001340 placed on 23-12-2013 paid before the good received.it was included two pen drives of my friends. it was suppose to be get delivered in 3 working days,but they send me after i complained twice to them and that also after 15 days. and they told me the 3rd pendrive they dont have in stock. they will send within 7 working days. and now its almost 5 months till now they didn’t send me my goods. moreover they suspended my account so i cant even complaint.

i would like to first of all receive the same product which i have ordered.and like to impose a maximum penalty on them so they don’t dare to cheat the customer in future minimum penalty of 10000 rs
