ShopClues.com – product having manufacturing defect poor service

I have ordered a pair of sunglasses (Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses with Case). The order ID is 13547525. Within minutes of receiving the products I have lodge a complaint with Shopnclues that the product is having manufacturing defect and also request them to replace it with the same product.Since I was not able to lodge a request I asked someone from customer care to do it on my behalf and I had sent the images with all the descriptions as well.The complaint ID was 818423. The issue with the product is that it is not aligned in nature.The frame at one end is touching the eyes making it difficult to keep the eyes open and the frame a other end is drifting away from eyes . The gap at other end is more than 1-1.5 cms. No where I asked for return or refund. I only asked for replacement but my request got rejected. I again raised a request 281799 to look into the matter but it has also met the same fate. When I tried speaking to some higher authority I made to wait for 15-20 mins and then they said that a callback would be arranged but didn’t get any call from them.

I want my product replaced with a one having no defects. Plus all the expenses that I have incurred calling again and again to their customer care.
