My self Nischay Dogra Resident of Panchkula -21 Sector .I got admission into SCDL (Human Resource Course) in June 2010.But felt in August that due my workload in the office i cannot presue the course. On 11TH August i have send refund claim as per norms set by them.Their last day of refund in 3rd Setember.But in last week of Setember i got a written information from scdl that they have not recieved any courier from my side.I then enquired the courier company but they could not tell me the status of the courier.Since then i am consulting people how to take legal action against the company and i have lost 18,000 Rs. because of the company’s mistake.I also have all documents supporting my this letter.
