I, the undersigned, had applied for a domestic housemaid to Powerfull Servant Agency (Regd), C-86, LIG Flats, GTB Enclave, Nand Nagri, Delhi-110093 on
04 April 2009 by paying the full amount of Rs.10,000/- + Rs.1,600/- (towards one month salary). I was NOT satisfied with their response and replies and cancelled the contract on 05 April 2009 and asked for full refund.

They deducted Rs.2,600/- (even though no service was rendered) and on top of that sent by courier (received on 08 May 2009) to me a post dated cheque of 18 May 2009 for Rs.9,000/-.

I seek your advice for

(1) whom to contact at the Consumer Forum at Faridabad
(2) whether any legal action can be initiated against this Servant Agency.
