I am 4 yrs old customer of SBI (state Bank of India) My account no.20102887973.. I never faced problem like this.. But last week i deposit cheque in my saving account. But till date it is not showing in my account. It is not even appearing in uncleared balance. I asked them 3 or more times. But they did not take any action. My cheque deposit date is 8 of feb 2014. Please take necessary action on it.

What is the use of RBI regulations like CTS 2010 when the the Government doesn’t know what it is doing and putting innocent consumers like us in deep trouble.
