I lodged complaint for setting right the non functioning of Remote on 10th July 2009 with their service centre which covers Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur area. Its service centre did respond on 14th July after several reminders. But could not set right. Again a spate of reminders made them to turn up only to give false promises as usual but did not set right the defect till 19th July 2009.

I may add that I purchased TV on 13th Dec 2008 from Vijay Electronic, Jaipur
