Dear All, I had bought a Volkswagen Polo Comfort line from Viraj Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 10th-Jun-2013 with temp Registration number UP-16 TC -1031 in the name of Ashish Mathur. I want to bring to your attention that since then we have been repeatedly trying to follow up with the company for the Permanent Delhi Registration number and RC without much success. Its already been two months and the dealer and Volkswagen sales team hasn’t been responding with any information on the subject. Every time we call them they tell us that they tells us that they will call back to us with the information. I have called the sales executive Mr.Pankaj Srivatava to the GM Sales Mr.Raman and Customer care head numerous times in the two months but none of them done anything in this regard. I have already made full and final payment when i bought the vehicle. Also Volkswagen doesn’t provide any Management level contact support for any kind of escalations regarding customer support.

Since the number provided is a Volkswagan temp number its only valid for 2 months only which is already passed. Everytime we drive the temp number the traffic police stops us for verification. also the initial number plat presented was a sticker instead of a number plate for which the Police has already chalaned us. I am currently in a difficult position where i have spent 5 lacs on a car but am unable to drive it anywhere due to no permanent Registration and almost expired temp registration number.

Complete the Delhi Registration number as soon as possible. And to publish on the website and other places the proper escalation matrix for customer complaints when the issue is not resolved handled by their customer care and sales executives.
