I have a Honda Stunner DL 9S CD 1389 bike which I get serviced at Praganya Honda service centre on 05/08/2013. I have been charged 2.2 extra to the bill amt. When I enquired about that, I have been told that bank charges the same. However when I enquired with my card issuer, they told me that they are not charging any thing for such txn. Now I want to know who actually keeping this money. The guy over the billing counter was misbehaving very much and he only told me that they will themselves punch excess amt for debit at their end. It was my first experience with this service centre I am pretty disappointed. Though the amt is not big but I am feeling like being cheated. Before that I got my bike services at Malwa Honda Service centre in Okhla as well and every time I paid thru my Credit Card but they never charged anything extra to me. Even I get my other bike Bullet serviced at Mahipalpur service centre, My Alto Car at Multan in Okhla, none of them charges anything extra on credit card payment. So why I have been charged 2.2 % extra in this service centre and who is keeping this money. It is very necessary for me to get a satisfactory answer of same.

I want you to instruct service centre not to charge extra charge on credit card payments and reverse the charges incurred on my card
