About two years ago I booked flat no.201 in block-I of Supratik Elegance at Jagamara in Bhubaneswar, being constructed by Supratik InfraVentures, Bhubaneswar. According to the agreement, the house was to have been completed and handed over to me by August 2012. After many delays, it was actually handed over in March 2013, and even then some jobs are still pending. I have reminded the builder many times. Every time I am assured that the pending jobs will be completed in a few days, but there has been no progress. I have also not been given the compensation money of Rs.7000/- p.m. for each month’s delay; this also amounts to Rs.42,000/-.
