I have filled a form to became an financial adviser of icici prudenltial life insurance but I failed in the irda exam.i newly joined a new job in kotak mahindra bank when they verified my pan card they told you have to delete the data of yours my pan card no is crwps1567h and my name is arslaan shaikh my phone no is arslaan shaikh please delete it is very urgent

I am an agent of LIC bearing licence no. 4328024, pan aoxpg8853n. My licence expired on 24/6/2014 for attachment with reliance general insurance. I applied for reliance general in 2013,but didn’t appeared in exam.this year i proceed for deletion my urn from their portal,but they refused. Please so me any solution.
