Sir, My service connection no. is 07094 & account No. is 35128601 for electricity usage. My electric meter is unserviceable since Apr 2013.I have lodged a written complaint along with three online complaint vide complaint no.TCM810-337 dated 07 Nov 13, TCM709-257 dated 15 Nov 13 and TCM730-519 dated 19 Mar 14 along with mail to MD and other superior officers for replacement of defective meter. The case is still pending. It is requested to take up the case on priority to replace the defective meter as early as possible.

immediately changing of defective meter and refund of my money which i m paying since apr 2013.
