My meter reading is 13588 while i received bill for 14580. I complained so many times and don’t listen me to and keep sending from one place to another.

I am really getting frustrated after wasting so much time. Its their fault and they just keep us running.

I want them to fix this issue ASAP. And i need employee giving me wrong direction and harassing me should be punished economically.
