That I had made payment of approx Rs.2974( with taxes) of the Roll No. 10-1-04-002803 with the payment ID 13942991 of Fee Rs 2965.0 for SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING which was unsuccessful. And got a message to Contact care@payumoney.com for more info. That I emailed care@payumoney.com on Fri, Nov 14, 2014 at 6:10 PM and reported the issue to them. Then I got a reply that the amount will be refunded into my account within 5-6 working days on Fri, Nov,2014 at 6:42 PM. I waited few days but I didn’t get the money till November 17, 2014. So I paid the money again because it was the last day of submission of fees.
That Then I reminded PayUmoney on Mon 24, 2014 at 8:39 PM about not refunding. That I complained again to PayUmoney and informed the Bank’s reply. They replied on 26 November, 2014 at 12:05PM that I should get in touch with the concern bank (SBI) as they do not get the funds against dropped transaction. That I contacted State bank of India and Asked for the clarification. They said the money has been debited and transaction had been completed. They Replied that My complaint PT9992215321541 has been resolved as The transaction has been successfully captured and settled to the merchant SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING DELHI UNIVERSITY on dtd. 14-Nov-2014 through UTR CITIN 14487388939. The merchant has generated a transaction id- 10104002803.
That I complaint to PayUmoney about not refunding my money on 18 December 2014, at 9:00PM again. PayUmoney replied on Mon, Dec 22, 2014 at 3:10PM. They Said They did not received fund I should contact bank. But I already did tell them the reply of State Bank of India. That I emailed PayUmoney on Tue, Jan 6, 2015 at 1:46 PM. I told them that they haven’t given any satisfactory response about my complaint. That PayUmoney Replied on fri, Jan 9, 2015 at 5:12 PM, Now this time they said that the transaction was successful from their end. Then They told me to contact customer support team of School of open learning, Delhi University. That I replied on 11 Jan 2015 00:04 that why were they denying about the transaction from the starting? But now they accepted. And Now asking me to contact School of open Learning, DU.
I demand refund of the money of the Rs. 2974/- paid to PayUmoney along with 20 % interest ; (b) pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant; and (c) pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- towards cost of this petition (Cost)
