Sir, i had booked my household goods to be transported from Belgaum to Allahabad through the a/m dealer. since it was part load. he had promised me that he would be sending the stores in a truck containing carton packs of spices and also he had assured me of safe delivery without any insurance. however the following problems occured:- (a) the dealer transported the stores from belgaum to kolhapur on 21 Nov 13 promising me that he would shift luggage in truck loaded with other domestic goods. however, later he backed out saying that due to some problems the goods would be sent on 24 Nov. but despite that promise he managed to send it on 26 Nov.i had a sent a person from my home with truck on 25 Nov to kolhapur for ensuring safe loading . however before he could reach the place , they had loaded and packed the truck. on reaching Allahabad, i was shocked to see my house goods loaded over two huge industrial Cylinders and put in most unethical and unorganized manner (foto attached). it is unruly of sending the house hold goods on industrial equipment.

On unloading the boxes and packages,it was seen that the steel boxes were broken, my refrigerator broken and many packages open. on my calling the dealer and inquiring about the unethical way of sending the goods, he failed to accept the responsibility and refused to make compensation. despite that he again kept calling me and started asing for additional amout from me. i,e. Rs 3000/ of the balance of payment. i had paid him Rs 35000/- as full payment in advance through netbanking.
