Desktop Optiplex was delivered as a package to us along with Profile projector machine from M/s Innovative, Pune. Desktop started malfunctioning and we reported problem to dell 6 days back and requested to deport their person. however it has been 6 days now and we haven’t seen any reply from Dell. when we call them they simply say that engineer has been assigned and will come shortly,

We are losing Rs. 22000 daily since this machine is shut. In last 6 days we have lost 1,32,000/- and still continuing. Dell Should deploy their engineer immediately and repair the machine or replace it and pay us our losses.
