I bought a dell laptop in the month of august, 14. In spite of getting a faulty product, then exchanging it twice, then getting its hard disk replaced, I am still facing problem with the keyboard.
I have lost valuable time in complaints, getting harassed, feeling stressed, unable to carry out my advance research and studies thus facing a hurdle in my growth
I feel the problem is with this series only…..want another upgraded version of the same.
