Dell India Laptop Support – Poor Service Review

I have bought a laptop from ganesham on 14th September 2014. But within 5 months laptops Hard disk is got crashed 3 times. I have asked support from the Dell, but they are only wondering why it is happening. Not providing me solution for it. I have asked them to diagnose complete system, but they are asking to replace only hard drive each time. For this time, i am not getting even that. They are providing me no service upto yet. I have asked to to replace the whole unit, but they are giving me warranty scenario every time. I have asked them for after 1 year support and they are totally dis-agree for providing support after 1 year for this multiple time happening issue.

I have lost my whole data including my clients data 3 times. My clients are asking for there backed up data, which i already lose due to this very bad service. Due to that I got very much issue in my work. I want complete system replacement with compensation of the loosing data.
