Dell India – Non receipt of promised offers

18-12-2014 Dear Sir, I bought Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop through ZAPNET Computers. I bought this Computer on 17th October and immediately registered for the Dell Se offer. I received the confirmation by way of e-mail also. However, when I made the payment of Rs 1499/- online, my bank debited my account but I could not complete the transaction due to server problem on the Dell’s side. Since then, I have called Ms Bindu (e-mail : Bindu_j@dell.com) innumerable times and also send about 4 mails for the confirmation of warranty. Absolutely, no confirmation from her either by way of e-mail or otherwise for the warranty offer and confirming the payment of Rs 1499/- as convenience charge. Again, I have sent e-mails to support@giftbig.com for the non-receipt of coupons and again no response from their side. Since I cannot contact these people by phone, I have send enough e-mails to Maria_Staline@dell.com, muthusamy_m@dell.com Jagadish_Nagendrapra@dellteam.com, Yoga_Kakumanu@dell.com, Aruna_Jathar@dell.com Communication is totally NIL from DELL. Till date, I do not have an idea of what has happened to my payment to Dell and consequent extension of warranty and coupons. It is very disheartening and saddening to note the complete non-response from the side of Dell. I just need a one line e-mail confirming the payment. I have very high respect for a Company like Dell and very surprised to note this kind of things are happening in Dell. It is three months ( the payment was made on 17th October , 2014) now and one cannot claim there is no time to send an e-mail or resolve the matter or call on phone as a basic courtesy. I request you to resolve this for me. If you want , I can send the bunch of e-mails. From your side, you can check the voice mail left on Bindu’s phone. Again, I request you to intervene in this matter and resolve the matter for me. Thanks & Regards,

I want the offers as promised and monetary compensation for the mental agony I am put into. Otherwise, I am willing to return the product on getting my money back
