I have purchased a Dell inspiration 11 3148 at 20/10/2014 with warranty till 2017 with accidental damage protection but within 1 month i place a complain about touch issue at 20/11/2014 then another problem happened about hard disk crash. i complain for it too ,all the time they said the parts is not available so its delaying,when i am telling them to assure a confirm date to repair they are mute about it,it been passed about 2 month , i call there 9-10 times but nothing is solving

repair my machine very soon and if they can repair my parts replace my macing
