Dell India Pvt Ltd – Motherboard stopped working while in service warrenty. Tried multiple times

I have got dell desktop XPS 8300 which stopped working sometime in July 2013. I called Dell support to fix the problem. Dell engineers diagnosed the problem to be with 1. Motherboard 2. RAM 3. Keyboard 4. Mouse They replaced all of them and my computer started, but in 2 months it again stopped. This time again they told me that motherboard has gone bad. I asked how come the new motherboard can spoil in 2 months, then they said that the one which was fitted was refurbished and under warranty agreement they can only put refurbished motherboard. I was surprised as I read the Warranty agreement and it says that the replaced part “may be” refurbished which doesn’t mean will always be refurbished. I told them to provide a new part as I don’t trust the quality of their refurbished part. They somehow assured me that the quality is good and they don’t have any option. I agreed again, and this time the part arrived in “Dead On Arrival” condition. When service engineer tried to replace it, he told me that its dead. Now, I firmly told the Dell escalation team person (Sunila) that I won’t accept a refurbished part and I need you to attend to me service request as soon as possible as I am loosing important production time. Sunila told me that they can’t serve me the new part and I have to accept the refurbished part. I asked her to escalate this matter to higher authority and she told me that she is the highest authority and the case can’t further be escalated.

I want dell to replace my computer with the new one.
