Dell India Pvt Ltd – Very poor performance

Hi, I had purchased a dell laptop inspiron 15r 7520 before 5 months before. Since now it serviced more than 5 times but problem still persist. Daily it comes with certain new problems. When I talked with dell support they told me that we can only replace your parts, we can not replace laptop because it is purchased under dell employee program. With in 6 month it serviced many times. They should replace it. On saturday (17 Aug 2013) they replaced my motherboard and after that a new problem arrives in the laptop that battery is not charging. They send me the new battery. But again it is not charging. Now they are telling me that again mother board will be replace. Please help me. Only mother board changed 5 times.
