I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 3521 (NO: 37314910117) on 13th July 2013 from a electronics store. The backpack given with laptop is not original. It crashed within two days and when I claim that this is not origin they replaced the backpack but replaced item is also not original. The laptop store name is Laptopia Infotech Private LTD. Adress: 6, C. R Avenue ” E- MALL” Ist Floor. Can you please help me?
