I have purchased an Inspiron N5110 last year on 28 March 2012, with a SERVICE TAG -FRGT8R1 & EXPRESS SERVICE CODE- 34312560013. I wish to advice you that within 3 months of my purchase of laptop it has started giving me an error message- “DUMPING OF PHYSICAL MEMORY” , blue screen and abnormal flashing while working. The same has been duly informed to your Customer Support Department and the following items of my laptop has already been replaced, 1. Hard Disk 2. Mother Board 3. RAM 4.BIOS/ROM Now as far as what I see is that in not even an year has passed and my laptop has been repaired like hell out of anyhting and nothing company fiited prevails in it. All the parts have started stumbling. Moreover, I went to give a presentation on this TECH SAVVY MACHINE with a hardisk of 1 TB and RAM of 4 GB, which in between of my presentation gave the BLUE SCREEN.
I HAVE INVESTED MY HARD EARNED 50 THOUSAND RUPEES OVER THE LAPTOP. IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED TWICE AND TWICE ONLY ITS HARD DISK HAS BEEN REPLACED. I HAVE THEN ALSO TOLD THEM THAT IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE THAT YOU ARE AGAIN AND AGAIN MENDING THE SAME MACHINE. BUT IN THE NAME OF COMPANY POLICY AND RULES THEY DID IT. AND TODAY BUT LAPTOP IS JUST A METAL. NOTHING MUCH. SO A LOSS OF RS50000/- IS WHAT I’M INTO DUE TO DELL
I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY OR REPLACEMENT WITH A BRAND NEW LAPTOP.
