Dell India – Under warranty – Not replacing & not giving services

I have purchased the Dell laptop Model no.DELL-3521-w56030,product Sl. No.8NQF2X1, vide Bill no.C4380#16, Dt.31.05.14. from Reliance Digital Express, Belapur Branch, Navi Mumbai. It’s under 1 year replacement warranty.And also taken 2 years extended warranty from Reliance with payment of addl. charges. Last one month this product is not working,due to hard disk problem, as per information of Reliance technical team. They (Reliance help desk) were asked me to approach the Dell help line for replacement of hard desk. I have approached and confirmed by the Dell Help desk ” As per their system, Warranty period is miss matching” this is product is not under warranty period. They have asked to me to send the Bill copy for updating of warranty period in their System. I have mailed copy of bill & other warranty period card on 10/11/14. & Continuously sending the reminders by mail & over phone. But they are not taking any action on my case . Already I have loos
