From the date of purchase Dell India Pvt Ltd the laptop was getting shut. Complaint twice and they had replaced the part thrice but even now it is not rectified and being in warranty neither they are replacing nor rectifying it.

Loss my promotion because of delay in project submission. Humiliation in front of Juniors.
