Tata Indicom – Balance Deducted

I made recharge Tata Indicom using USSD code(*141*1553#) for recharge of Rs. 53 on 27/12/2014. I tried 3 times and error occurred. Scheme was not activated but my balance was cut 3 times i.e. Rs. 159. I filed complaint at customer care and my reference number is PBR12292467 and they have addressed my query on 30/12/2014 but they have refunded only Rs. 106. I have demanded full refund of (Rs. 159+ compensation for the calls that I made between 27/12/2014 to 30/12/2014 at the rate of 1.2 Rs./min instead of 30p/min)
