Facing frequent issues with 3G Data Network since last 6 monthS at my residence, Plot No. 67, Rajvi nagar (near Military Camp), Galpadar, Gandhidham Pin-370240 1) I have complained 15-20 times during this period, they correct the things after every time I complaint but the same problems occurs again after every 20-25 days and again the complaint and follow cycles runs endlessly. 2) This time the problem has been occurred from 24th December, 2014 but I didn’t receive any solution till the time I am writing this complaint to you. 3) I am paying for 3G data but I am only receiving 2G data network in my area.

I want BSNL should close it’s 3G services in my city officially because it’s totally failed to give service. Refund of all my money which I have paid for 3G Data recharge.
