Dell Inspiron – Warranty Extension Offer not honored no reply

I brought my Dell Inspiron 7537 (Service Tag – DSYD1Z1) in 11th January 2014. I have sent the invoice to Dell. There was a very attractive offer of extending the warranty for an additional two years for Rs.6999. This also included accidental damage warranty and 24/7 phone support. As such, I decided to purchase the above mentioned product. As I started using the laptop, the preinstalled software kept prompting me to register my laptop and I did it. After that, when I tried availing the offer on dellwarrantyextension.co.in, an error message was being diplayed that my device is already registered. I could not proceed from the first page that is displayed when one goes to the above mentioned site. I called the customer care center but it used to take almost an hour to get connected. After calling quite a number of times and talking about the issue, one of their customer care representatives, whose email address is P_Parida@dell.com, had sent me an email regarding the offer but it was now priced at Rs.12999. I did not avail the offer given by her as the initial offer for extension in warranty when I bought the laptop was for Rs.6999 not Rs. 12999. I am a college student and my college work gets over at 4.30pm. And their timings are till 6pm. Once, while calling Dell, the call got cut 6pm, with an automated voice saying that their office time is over. As such, communication with Dell over phone regarding the issue was difficult. In May, I just checked on the website, dellwarantyextension.co.in, and the issue was rectified. I was not intimated about the same by Dell through any form of communication. But the problem was that I had to avail the offer within forty days. Because of the lapse due to Dell, I was being prevented from availing the offer. Only because of the offer, I bought the laptop otherwise I could have take some other product. After that I again made calls. I would like to point out an instance during one of the calls. Their representative had the gall to tell me that they had no records of me calling. I was a bit shocked hearing this. Then, I sent emails to customersupport@dellwarrantyextension.co.in on July 15. I got a reply saying that the offer was valid for only new laptop purchases. A certain, Vikram_John@dell.com, was alsy CC’d a copy of the mail by customersupport@dellwarrantyextension.co.in. I sent an email, clarifying that I am fully entitled to the offer as I bought it during the offer period. I could not avail the offer advertised by them only because of their lapse. I also sent repeated mails after that till August 21st 2014, but there was no reply even after two months. In October, my laptop had a technical problem. At that time, I talked about the issue to the technical team and they told me to talk to the sales team after my laptop got repaired. When I called the customer care service, and after waiting for almost 45 minutes for the call to get connected

I want to be able to avail the extension in warranty for an additional two years including accidental damage warranty & 24/7 phone support for Rs.6999 and not Rs.13000.
