Since nov 22 i was not able to open even a single website ,i waited till sunday evening and called up the customer care people for a resolution ,i was assigned a complaint no 48586 and was informed that the complaint will be resolved in 20 hrs when i again called up the customer care people on 24 november night i was informed by the executive that the are i reside in is a high utilization site and i will be facing this error for another 4-5 weeks as engineers are working on the site ,when i inquired with him about the bill charges he requested me to call up on the same number and get the bill waived ,i promptly got the number disconnected and the services was restricted from 27 November as i have purchased a new number from an another service provider i except bill waiver from mts as i have to bear the loss of 1100/- approx for the mts date card device
