Dear sir, I bought my dell laptop from singapore. Right now it has some problem with its motherboard and when i contacted dell for the same they asked me to get the ownership tag transferred from singapore to india. I applied for the same as per their instructions. I even got a mail from their side saying that the tag transfer is successful but when i contacted the technical team of dell for the help they are arguing that the tag is not yet transferred from singapore to INdia. i contact them regularly for the same. but i am not getting any reasonable reply for the same. My system is not working since more than a month. Still every time i call they take around 40-45 minuted of mine and dont give any answers properly and are not solving my problem. They aRe litrelly harassing the customers by checking out their patience level. I am in urgent need of the lap Top. Please help me to get back my laptop in the working condition. I am really tired and harassed by their vague answers. I have already registered a complain in dell with the complain numbeR 898683592. Previously i had some different image for dell in my mind but now it is worse. Even though it is such a prestigious company it did such shameful thing. I have lost all my faith indellLaptop model : dell Inspiron 14z 5423. Please please please help me out its a request. extremely harassed.
To get the tag transferred as soon as possible and get the motherboard replace before the warrnty geta void otherwise it will cost me very high.
