Flipkart.com – Product Not Delivered

I had order two redmi 1s phone on two different sae. One on 2nd sept and other one on 10th sept on Flipcart.com. Both the product got shipped. I was not available at my address till 17th and hence requested to flipcart to deliver the product on after 17th. Even after getting assurance from the executive they send the product in between 17th(the 2nd sept one). Then i provided them alternate address for delivery. They didn’t deliver the product to alternate address and neither call the alternate number even its a general practice. The product got returned For the 10th sept order i asked the courier guy to deliver the product on or after 17th at the original address and even after getting assurance they returned the product on 16th. Now on 17th i called the flipcart executive and raised a complain . They added two phone to my cart admitting their fault. I placed the order on 18th and 19th. Once again one of the order unilaterally they have canceled.The massage i got regarding the cancellation. The reason being mentioned is that the courier guy couldn’t able to deliver where as the product is yet to reach at mumbai. this is a blatant lie. I want both the product to be delivered to me as soon as possible and financial compensation of Rs. 10lakh for the stress i have gone through along with wastage of time which has hampered my work during my visit to odisha during this period
