i have bought the Dell laptop from Star CJ India Ltd. but there is some problem and they offer me 02 years warranty and purchased date was 29 nov 2012. when i contacted to dell customer care they are saying that product is not in warranty please contact reseller. i had the invoice with me. but neither star cj or neither dell india not responding on same issue
