Dell Laptop Warranty – Less than 12 months

Dell Inspiron 3542 from Dell Dealer / distributor’s name & location: Snapdeal Whether under warranty/guarantee: Under Warranty I have purchased my laptop on 28th Nov-2014 from Snapdeal. As per information provided on snapdeal website, I year warranty need to be provided to me. It means my laptop warranty should be expired on 28th Nov-2015 but when I have checked on dell website. It shows 29th October, 2015. Around 30 days gap on warranty. For warranty updation I have also talked with dell but as per their your comment. Warranty will be updated by snapdeal only by providing information of purchasing of my laptop to dell. Hence I have raised my first complaint on date on 2nd december 2014 and reference number 12640714 and I wait for around 3 months but there is no resolution of my compliant from snapdeal.

Further I have again raised compliant on date 10th march 2015 and its reference number is 17069190. I have called more than 20 times on snapdeal customer care number but they are providing standard response. We will resolve your issue in 10 days and we have forwarded your complaint to special/resposible team and they will revert you. I have also emailed 4-5 times on their email address (help@snapdeal.com). But there is no resolution till date. I fed up with your service of Snapdeal. Hence I have decided to raise complaint. If warranty is not updated i.e. 28th November 2015 and my laptop has some problem then Dell service center will charged money as warranty is already expired. Whether snapdeal do needful to update my warranty or recall my laptop and provide my money back.
