I have recently purchased Laptop battery from DELL store Thane, Maharashtra. I found some problem in battery, for which I asked solution in DELL store. They told me to place new order for battery. But again 2nd time my laptop was indicating some fault in battery. So, I went to store, I shown them the issue. They advise me to send to DELL mechanic for checking. Mechanic collected the battery from my home, taking signature on battery. He took 2 weeks just to check one battery. And when he came back, he asked me to check my computer as the battery is Ok. But he delivered a wrong battery. He was in hurry…So when he went … I verified from the signature and the serial number mentioned on battery. That this is not the one which I have purchased. Now, mechanic is not ready to accept it and seller has not replied for last 3 days. What should I do? I want my money back. Because he has cheated with me.

For All headache caused by him, I want to file complaint in Consumer court. Kindly Advise
