I gave Dell XPS laptop for repair to change the panel but they returned a broken laptop saying that the panel did not fit. We had given them laptop on 4th December hoping that it would get done by 10th as we were going out of town and did not want to affect work in the time but the laptop was not even returned on 10th as promised but after one day. They did not call us as promised but we did and after many calls they sent a person with broken machine. They had told us that they would do cleaning of the laptop to boost performance but when we received it, the performance was worse. The laptop which earlier used to work very fast slowed down. We called the representative 7 times but he did not pick the call as assuming, he must have saved the number but when I called him from another number, he picked and promised to send an engineer but he didn’t.

Rs. 56,000/- for the cost of damage and additional Rs. 5000 for wasting time and hampering work.
