Respected Sir/Mam i bought a Lenovo handset model no p 780 on 11 december 2013 which cost an amount of Rs 18500..The phone was working great,but for last few month the handset does not receive signal and doesn’t shows any range. So i gave my phone tho lenovo service center for repair. They told me that the board of the phone is damaged and this was the cause for the complaint.They told that as the phone is under guarantee period the company will replace the phone or will return the cash back if the board doesn’t arrived within 10 days.now its more than a month and they doesn’t even return the phone. if the phone or the money will not be received back within 2 days i am going to file the case against the company for cheating in the consumer court. Please do the necessary action as soon as possible .
