I have set o box of den and now family pack up is running on and i want to change it in platinum plan but they dont change. i had complained about us 2 4 times but no response from den network or local cable operator. they dont listen my words ans not change my tv plan.

I want to change my plan from famliy to platinum because there is no english channel in family pack that is why i want to change it.
