Sir, Life-saving medicines were denied to me, T R Sureshbabu I.N (Retd), a chronic patient of Diabetes, Gout and Heart diseases under treatment at Ex Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme, Eravipuram Kollam Ph. 0474 2727092, for past 42 months., by the Officer-in-charge Cdr. S G Prasad, I.N (Retd) on a trivial reason that I was not in possession of the ECHS Card, which got misplaced at home. I am now surviving on medicines purchased additionally. Kindly resolve the
deadlock to issue me life-saving medicines under this scheme, for which I am paying from my monthly defence pension.
