I have purchased one maruti Alto K10 car from dewars true value on 27/nov/2015 vide my car No. WB24R-2271 and as per norms I have given 13,000/- for registration ,vide debit note receipt NO.76 dated 30/11/2015 only I have received the 29-30 receipt which is valid only up to 29/02/2016. Therefore it requested to please explain why the registration smart card not delivered to me even after a long gap of nearly eight months. Is this actual type of service from Dewars Garrage? What is duty of the customer service cell ?
