I,MR. CHETAN PRABHAKAR DHURI, Home Loan Account No. 00000552. I was in process of home loan closure.As per request of DHFL,I have paid EMI of month of AUG’19 i.e some of Rs.17065/- through PAY NIMO link. The same PAYMENT GATEWAY LINK was received through a text message from DHFL. Hence I have made payment through same link on Dated 20/08/2019 wide Receipt no. Paynimo TXN id. 879804060. The I have confirmed same transaction DHFl representative Mr Sachin on telephonic call. However, in spite of that DHFL had deducted ECS amount of Rs.17065/- as an EMI for month of AUG’19 on 23rd AUG 2019. As I was out of station, I was not aware of the deduction till I verified my account .Now my home loan account is closed. same complaint given to DHFL office at Dahisar branch, but instead of generating complaint no. they given it as QUERY no. QRDIS02523284 dt 28/08/2019 & told that refund will happen in 2-3 months time. As per RBI customer protection, any wrong electronic deduction by bank should credit within 10 days on being notified by customer. For such delay DHFL has to pay me compensation.
