My name is Amit Kumar Saini. I applied for mortgage loan in DHFL. First DHFL said Loan amount sanction 100% I was submitted by property papers worth 5 caror. After taking two months, they said loan cannot be given due to so and so technical reason. They took 2809 from me as loan application fee and that they are not returning back now. This is a very bad customer experience and cheating. As a consumer of rejected loan I also have access to CIBIL report even that is not being produced which will make it clear why my loan was rejected.

Kindly beware before dealing with DHFL.
