I have granted a home loan from DHFL jalgaon branch before 18 months before. till date ECS has not been activated when i contacted with Branch at jalgaon approx 15 to 20 times they told me every time that ECS will be activated within 01 month but till date ECS has not been activated. In other case DHFL made 5 policies on behalf of home loan security out of which 4 policies of General insurance and 1 policy of Premica life insurance total premium amounting to Rs. 1,70,000/- but till date no documents regarding any policy have been received when i contacted with branch the representative told me to submitt the application. on the matter i want to share my opinion that staff of DHFL is so negligent towards the customer so avoid any type of loan from DHFL. thanking you.
